About Us

Larissa Ferreira events (LF Events) was born with a vision of bringing high-quality performers and visual arts to Qatar.

Our "Why" is clear to contribute to Qatar's growing need and hunger for arts - culture and education of the arts.

In 2014 when Larissa first came and worked in Qatar, she saw ample opportunity for the grassroots arts, performance and entertainment sector to grow.

LF events have a creative and unique vision based on Larissa’s international experience in developing art projects in collaboration with Museums and Cultural Institutions around the world, such as the Afro Peruvian Museum (Peru), Cultural Center of Spain in Montevideo (CCE, Uruguay), Cervantes Spain Cultural Center (CCE, Brazil), National Museum (Brazil). She also showcased as an artist and choreographer in Brazil, England, Portugal, Finland, Germany, Italy, Mozambique, USA, Uruguay, and Peru.

In Qatar, the journey with arts and entertainment started with the Qatar Brazil Year of Culture in 2014 when Larissa led and worked with Qatar Museums and the Brazilian Embassy's projects about Brazilian arts and culture in Doha. She created and managed many performances, including an open Ceremony for Sheikha. Al-Mayassa Al-Thani.
